When we set out to design the HD400s our brief was straightforward. We were asked to design a suit for those divers who want durability of materials and quality of build but no unnecessary extras. The solution was simple. We chose the same spec nylon trilaminate that we use for our commercial suits, BIAS cut for flexibility. From the pool of features available to us, we chose only the indispensable ones. The HD400s has all the essential components of a great suit with absolutely no frills.

Our trilaminate features 420 denier nylon 6:6 over 220g.sq.m of butyl with a polyester titanium lining, together minimising the risk of puncture and subsequent flooding.

Our patented BIAS Cut allows for movement, making the suit more comfortable and more streamlined, reducing air migration. 

Seamtite seals which last longer in sunlight
3M Reflective safety strip on the arms to increase visibility. 
Kneepads of 420 denier nylon 6:6. 
The boots are lined with 4.5mm neoprene to keep you warm and avoid foot squeeze. They have a grooved sole for grip and a fin cleat. 
Fitted with internal braces 
Mens colour - black with silver stitching highlights.
Womens colour  - black with fuchsia side panels and stitching
