Oceanic V-Flex Fins are the new open heeled strap snorkelling Fin from Oceanic which are designed to be worn on a bare foot. Boots and Socks are not needed,

Small is for size 5-9 Large is for 10 upwards, but they are strap adjustable so there is some give in the sizes.
