Postage and Packing Rates:
Our postage rates are calculated by weight and country, lighter smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Service and larger items will be sent via our courier. Delivery times are usually 1-2 days on Stock items or 3-4 days on none stock items as shown below:

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Visa Debit, PAYPAL and American Express. We usually process payment on receipt of order. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and Snail mail or pay online.
Alternatively you can send a cheque or money transfer to cover the value of the goods.
Shipping And Handling
All shipping is by Insured Courier to UK. Overseas orders charged at fully insured courier rate, email for details: sales@divingshop.com
Returned parcels charges are non refundable.
Courier service is only available for working week deliveries.
Import tax from foreign countries is the responsibilty of the purchaser.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days. If the item is not available or not in stock we will email notification, (see back orders section)
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
20% VAT is included in all orders shipped to Mainland UK or EU addresses. The VAT charge is not applicable to order’s from anywhere outside these area’s. Some goods are not taxable i.e. Books.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction! We operate a 28-day satisfaction guarantee. If the goods supplied are not satisfactory in any way please feel free to return it in NEW and UNUSED condition within 28 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly exchange your purchase or refund the purchase price... No questions asked. You must acquire a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) for returned merchandise by e-mail, faxing, calling or snail mailing.
Incorrectly ordered goods will be charged freight on return.
Correctly ordered but faulty goods will be collected from customer FOC and replacement product will be re-delivered FOC.

Recycling of Electrical Equipment
If you’re buying a new electrical item, we will recycle your old one for free. Please do not throw electrical equipment in your bin. This is because unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment.
If you do not recycle electrical items they will end up in landfill where hazardous substances could leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.
You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person. If you wish to return your old batteries to us, please contact us and we will provide further instructions. Alternatively you can find your local recycling point by visiting www.recyclenow.com
